The Number 24

There are several interesting associations with the number 24: 24 carats is pure gold, it is the record for the most steins carried by a German barmaid (and hopefully not for a single customer…), and, if you’re a hockey fan, 24 is the most Stanley Cups won by a single NHL team (Montreal Canadiens). However, for Paramount Global Ferry Services, 24 is special because, with a strong Q2 performance, it is also the number of consecutive profitable quarters Paramount has posted since creating our current company in the Spring of 2018.

A Testament to Excellence

This pattern of ongoing profitability is the result of several factors, both internal and external. Vincent and I (Michael) wish to express our sincere gratitude to our outstanding team for their dedication, professionalism, and commitment to excellence. Our fantastic customers entrust us with moving their aircraft across the globe, day and night, in good weather and bad, and our talented pilots make it all happen.

The Strength of a Team

A chain is only as strong as the weakest link, and the same principle applies to a team. Therefore, it is critical that every member of the team meets and maintains the highest standards of excellence. For this reason, we have carefully crafted the world’s premier team. Special thanks to Mrs. Mary Hennigan, Director of Business Development and Project Management, Mr. Ismail Saleh, Manager of Dispatch, Mrs. Prathima Varun, Manager of Flight Operations Support, and Mrs. Susan Weston, Accounting Manager, for their leadership and dedication.

Our Outstanding Crews

Of course, much of our success depends on the flight crews as well. We are very fortunate to work with truly outstanding crews. I am continually impressed with the dedication these men and women have to ensuring a successful mission. They routinely go above and beyond in all types of conditions to make things happen, to be the pointy tip of the spear, and take action to keep a project on track.

Looking Ahead to 2024

Moving forward, 2024 will be a solid year for Paramount. We continue to invest in technology to provide our team with the best suite of tools to ensure our processes are efficient and effective, maintaining continuity and ensuring each movement has the highest standard of safety. While we always keep our focus on our existing customers, we continue to expand our presence in emerging markets as well. India and the rest of Asia are trending upwards, with India proving to be an especially exciting market.

As we celebrate 24 consecutive profitable quarters, we remain committed to excellence, innovation, and expansion. We look forward to continuing this journey with our dedicated team, loyal customers, and exceptional flight crews. Here’s to many more successful quarters ahead!
